Release on the postponement

of the STBC Ordinary General Meeting

 The office of the Tunisian Society of Clinical Biology informs all members that having regard to:

* The Decree-Law of the Head of Government n° 2020-8 of April 17, 2020, providing for the suspension of procedures and deadlines

* The Decree-Law of the Head of Government No. 2020-9 of April 17, 2020, relating to the repression of curfew violations, limitation of movement, total confinement and measures taken with regard to persons affected or suspected of being affected by the Coronavirus "Covid-19".

* Government Decree No. 2020-208 of May 2, 2020, establishing the requirements for targeted confinement.

* The Decree-Law n°2011-88 of September 24, 2011, on the organization of associations

* The Statutes of the Tunisian Society of Clinical Biology visa number B1290/1 dated July 22, 1981.

And taking into account the exceptional health situation due to the COVID-19 epidemic and the impossibility of holding an Ordinary General Meeting in the absence of members,

And in order to organize the Ordinary General Meeting in accordance with the time limits provided for in the STBC's Statutes,

It has been decided to postpone the Ordinary General Meeting to September 18, 2020.

The STBC office apologizes for this involuntary delay and undertakes to ensure the organization of the Ordinary General Meeting in the best conditions.
